Our restaurant is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. 
Menu from 11.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m., small dishes from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Hotelier and chef Herbert Hölbling is a master at the cookstove who attaches much importance to high quality on the choice and the preparation of dishes. Vegetables, salads, and herbs mainly come from the own kitchen-garden. "Valuable by nature" is one of his principles and this is why "Canisiusbrünnl" prefers to work with fresh products coming from the surrounding farmers. Some of the specialities, popular with regular customers, are his famous game dishes, small wonder since both the landlord Herbert himself and his daughter Karin are passionate hunters. Karin, a professional cook, distinguishes herself also by funny decorated menus for children as well as by creating extraordinary desserts and cakes. As head of the restaurant, she also attends to the personal care for the customers, pleasantly assisted by her mother Margit who devotes herself, with much love for details, to maintain the well-kept atmosphere of the house.
